We are currently looking to expand our team with a skilled Growth Specialist who will work alongside our Co-Founder, Jacek (Effie winner, experienced marketing manager, and business consultant/strategist), to help grow Getint as a company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Co-Founder to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Implement SEO improvements to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Manage content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Coordinate and conduct product video recordings, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Outreach to potential partners and manage relationships to foster collaboration and expansion opportunities.
- Engage with the community through various channels, including forums, groups, and online communities.
- Implement and optimize email automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a startup environment or a high-growth company.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
