Opening the Year With Strategic Integrations
In January 2024, the Getint team began the year focused on one core objective: expanding our integration capabilities to better serve project managers and their teams. We successfully launched further integrations with Airtable and HubSpot, we have created custom integrations that will soon be available on the Atlassian Marketplace, such as Jira <-> Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid) or Jira <-> EasyVista. Additionally, we're shortly announcing our totally new connector, so stay tuned for more silo-breaking connections!
2024: Building a Team for Sustainable Growth
As customer demand grew, so did our internal needs. We knew that to maintain quality and foster continued innovation, we had to invest in talent. Over the course of 2024, our full-time team increased from four to nine employees—a substantial 125% growth—bolstered by skilled freelancers who provided additional expertise and flexibility.
This expanded workforce wasn’t just about numbers; it was about specialization and depth. Our Support, Software Development, and Growth teams gained new members, while the onboarding of a dedicated Web Designer and Web Developer ensured that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) received the ongoing attention they deserved. Each hire was a strategic step, ensuring we had the right people in place to push our products and services forward.

Partnerships became a central theme as we established the Getint partnership program and welcomed our first official partners. These collaborations allowed us to bring best-in-class integration solutions to a wider network of entrepreneurs and organizations. We also secured formal partnerships with renowned platforms such as Microsoft, GitLab and Monday.com, broadening our ecosystem and reinforcing our credibility.
Our compliance and security efforts continue to meet the highest standards. In 2024, we renewed our ISO27001 and ISO27018 certifications. We are GDPR compliant and will soon receive official confirmation of meeting the highest SOC2 Type II security requirements. These achievements demonstrated our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and governance. Meanwhile, attaining Platinum Atlassian Marketplace Partner status underscored the quality and reliability of our offerings. Collectively, these milestones built a strong, trust-based foundation with both current and future clients.
Scaling Adoption and Satisfaction
By the close of 2024, we had more than doubled our footprint in the market. Installations surged from 2,238 in January to 5,063 by year-end, a growth rate of approximately 126%. Our active user count followed a similar trajectory, soaring from 323,187 to 774,752 users—an increase of around 140%. These numbers reflected not only market demand but also the trust placed in our integrations by a broad range of organizations, including more than 15 of the Fortune 500.
Customer satisfaction remained high, as evidenced by our average Atlassian Marketplacerating of 3.85 out of 4. This strong endorsement came from businesses that experienced firsthand how seamless integrations could optimize their operations. The robust user feedback loop, driven by regular releases every two weeks, allowed us to respond quickly to evolving needs. We consistently incorporated user suggestions, ensuring that each upgrade or feature introduction aligned closely with what our customers valued most.
Strengthening Customer Support
As we scaled, we maintained a focus on the human element of our service. By the end of 2024, we had handled 1,240 support tickets—equivalent to the total number of tickets managed across 2021, 2022, and 2023 combined. This level of responsiveness signaled our investment in customer success and our determination to keep pace with accelerated growth without sacrificing quality. Efficient and empathetic support solidified relationships, leading to greater customer loyalty and advocacy.
