This Privacy Policy applies to both the Getint website (https://www.getint.io ) and the Getint application (Cloud, SaaS, and OnPremise versions). Getint is operated by:

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data when you:

  • Visit our website
  • Fill in contact or demo forms
  • Schedule a meeting using external tools
  • Use our application (Getint Cloud, SaaS, or OnPremise)
  • Interact with our support or sales team

3. What Data We Collect

a) Website Visitors

We collect:

  • Name, email, company name (via forms in Webflow, Calendly, Tidycal)
  • Device & browser information
  • Pages visited, time on site, IP address
  • Cookie consent status

Tools used: Webflow, Calendly, Tidycal, Google Analytics, Leadinfo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

b) App Users (Getint Platform)

We process:

  • Connection details (e.g., Jira Cloud URL, user email, encrypted personal access token)
  • Synchronization configuration profiles (e.g., mapped statuses, issue types, field values, user email mappings)

For Jira Cloud: this data is stored securely

For Jira Data Center: no data is stored

OnPremise: no data is stored

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate and improve the Getint application
  • To authenticate users and sync systems
  • To provide demos and customer support
  • To send occasional product updates or critical notifications
  • To analyze product and marketing performance
  • To run lead generation and targeted ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn)

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we rely on:

  • Consent – for marketing emails, cookies, and scheduling
  • Contractual necessity – to deliver the core functionality of the app
  • Legitimate interest – for product improvement, security, and B2B communication
  • Legal obligation – when required to comply with law

6. Data Residency & Storage

By default, Getint Cloud tenants are hosted in Germany.

We support data residency and store data independently from Atlassian in:

  • Germany
  • United States (upon customer request)

Cloud version: stores only for Jira Cloud integrations.

OnPremise version: data is fully hosted and stored by the customer behind their firewall.

Storage providers: AWS, Google Cloud, Atlassian Cloud.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data — ever.

We only share data with trusted vendors (“subprocessors”) essential for delivering our services:

We ensure all subprocessors meet industry-standard security and compliance frameworks.

9. International Transfers

We store and process data primarily in the EEA. Some of our subprocessors may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Where this occurs, we rely on mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and public commitments by vendors (e.g., participation in the Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards) as legally recognized under GDPR and CCPA.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to:
