The innovative layout has been crafted to maximize space and furnish users with a comprehensive overview of the application's features. We've tailored the design to guide you swiftly towards your initial success. This achievement comes in the form of a proof of concept (PoC) for integrating App A with App B (for instance, Jira with ServiceNow), which can be accomplished within mere minutes.

Once this preliminary step is achieved, we encourage you to explore and experiment - add all field mappings, including custom ones, incorporate scripts if necessary, map the statuses, and determine the integration direction at the field level.
