What is the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Program?

The Atlassian Marketplace Partner Program is an initiative by Atlassian to support and partner with developers and vendors who build apps and integrations for the Atlassian suite of products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and more. The program is based on specific criteria for vendors, dividing them into three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. At each tier, the Atlassian Partner Program offers various benefits, resources, and opportunities for partners to grow their businesses, improve their products, and gain visibility in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Atlassian Marketplace Partner Program: Vendor Criteria and Requirements

The Atlassian Marketplace Partner Program categorizes partners into three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier has specific requirements and benefits that recognize a partner's investment and alignment with Atlassian's platform and strategy. Here's a summary of the requirements for the Platinum tier:

Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner

• Paid via Atlassian (PVA): All paid cloud and Data Center apps must be PVA.
• Minimum Apps: At least one paid cloud app.
• Data Center Approval: All paid server apps with a minimum of 500 installs must be Data Center approved.
• Support SLA: Response time SLA for customer escalations is less than 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
• Annual Gross Sales: Minimum $1M, with at least 35% from the cloud or a minimum of $2M in annual cloud gross sales.
• Security and Trust: Participation in the Paid Bug Bounty Program for all public paid cloud apps. Minimum payout requirements for Bug Bounty awards.
