Simple layout and design of the app makes for a really easy approach to setup. Support team are awesome with tackling all my queries and issues, which firmly establishes a great choice. Considering how many apps that are out there for a simple Azure Devops to Jira sync, it’s incredibly difficult to do the basics of syncing between the two platforms for fields (inc custom fields) and status’ and inputting handy links on each side to match up the synced items. However, this app is the only one that can do the seemingly basic functions we’ve been after, big thank you! Keep up the great work for this #1 app

Great app, fully integrated, easy to set up. I encountered a use case I couldn’t solve, reached out to the customer service and they’ve been really helpful AND quick in their response. The only default I can pick up is the UI which is not so friendly at first, BUT it allows a lot of custom settings, so it is worth it to push through.
